You can dispose of most household junk, furniture, construction debris, yard waste, drywall, wood, flooring, and general non-hazardous waste. Prohibited items include paint, chemicals, batteries, propane tanks, tires, asbestos, fuel, and other hazardous materials. If you’re unsure about a specific item, contact us before loading the dumpster.

Our standard rental period is 7 days, which provides enough time for most residential projects. If you need additional time, simply contact our office before your scheduled pickup date and we’ll work with you to arrange an extension.

If the dumpster will be placed on private property, such as a driveway or construction site, a permit is typically not required. If the dumpster will be placed on a public street, roadway, or right-of-way, permit requirements may apply. We can help determine what is needed for your project location.

Our roll-off dumpsters are designed for residential use and are commonly placed on driveways. While we take every precaution during delivery and pickup, we recommend placing plywood or boards under the dumpster if you have decorative pavers, newly installed concrete, or other sensitive surfaces. Our drivers are experienced and will help determine the best placement location.

No. As long as you’ve marked the desired location or provided clear placement instructions, you do not need to be home for delivery or pickup.

We recommend approximately 60 feet of straight clearance and at least 12 feet of width for safe delivery. Be sure the area is free of low-hanging branches, power lines, and parked vehicles.

Yes. Our 10-yard dumpster includes 1 ton, our 20-yard dumpster includes 2 tons, and our 30-yard dumpster includes 3 tons of disposal. Additional weight is billed at $90 per ton

No. For safe transportation, debris must remain level with the top edge of the dumpster. We call it “water level”. Overfilled containers cannot be legally hauled.

Yes. Most furniture and household appliances are accepted. Appliances containing refrigerants, such as refrigerators and freezers, may require special handling, so please contact us first.
